Our products are usually - keyword USUALLY- ship within 4-6 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have a promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Once order has been dropped off to post office please contact your local post office for further updates/ questions. Thank you for your purchase.

Yo Queen! is happy to offer customers an exchange for items that are damaged in shipment or faulty upon delivery. Please follow these simple steps: 

1. Take a photo of the damaged item(s), item(s) must be in the original packaging,

If an order is cancelled prior to being processed, before it has been shipped, the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 25%. Cancellation fees incurred covers the production prior to the cancellation, as each bath and spa treat and custom cups are handmade upon receipt of the order.
