At YoQueen!, every order gets the attention it deserves. Whether you're ordering one custom piece or merchandise for the whole crew, we want you to know exactly what to expect from the time you place your order until it reaches you.

Processing & Production Times

Please remember that processing/production time and shipping time are separate.

Many YoQueen! products are customized, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. Because of this, your order may require production time before it is ready to ship.

Estimated production times are provided on the applicable product page, order form, invoice, or during the custom-order process. Production does not begin until all required information has been received, including payment, sizing, personalization details, artwork approval, or other information needed to complete the order.

For custom and bulk orders, the turnaround time provided with your quote or invoice will apply.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items specifically marked Ready to Ship do not require custom production and will generally be prepared for shipment sooner than customized merchandise.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.

Preorders

Products sold as a preorder will include an estimated fulfillment or pickup timeframe in the product description.

Preorder dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier availability, production schedules, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of YoQueen!'s control. We will communicate significant delays when they occur.

Shipping

Once your order has completed production and has been packaged, it will be transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated carrier transit times and do not include YoQueen!'s production or processing time.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service has specifically been purchased.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number. In some cases, tracking information may not appear immediately after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact YoQueen! as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delays may occur that are outside of YoQueen!'s direct control.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph:

• The outside of the package
• The shipping label
• The damaged packaging
• The damaged item(s)

Contact YoQueen! as soon as possible after delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with members of your household, neighbors, front office, mailroom, or other areas where carriers may leave packages.

You should also contact the shipping carrier regarding the delivery.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact YoQueen! and we will assist you in reviewing the available tracking information and determining the next appropriate step.

Local Pickup

When local pickup is offered, customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation that your order is complete.

Pickup instructions, location information, and available pickup times will be provided with your order or pickup notification.

Orders selected for local pickup will not automatically be shipped unless alternate arrangements are made and any applicable shipping costs are paid.

School, Organization & Event Orders

Orders connected to a school, organization, team, event, or group may have special pickup, delivery, preorder, or distribution instructions.

When special fulfillment instructions are provided on the collection page or order form, those instructions take precedence over the general shipping timeframes listed in this policy.

Rush Orders

Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for certain orders.

Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be approved by YoQueen! before the order is placed or before rush service is added.

A rush production fee and/or expedited shipping charge may apply.

Purchasing expedited shipping only speeds up the carrier's delivery service. It does not automatically shorten the production time of a custom order.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

Production and shipping times may be longer during holidays, school-event seasons, major promotions, large launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

If you are ordering for a specific event or deadline, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible and informing us of your required date before placing a custom order.
