Our products are usually - keyword USUALLY- ship within 4-6 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have a promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Thank you for your purchase. 

 

However, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day as we are unable to ship on weekends or holidays. We truly appreciate and thank you for your patience and support.

All Yo Queen! sales are FINAL! Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after the order has been processed, after it has been shipped.

Yo Queen! is happy to offer customers an exchange for items that are damaged in shipment or faulty upon delivery. Please follow these simple steps:

1. Take a photo of the damaged item(s), item(s) must be in the original packaging.

2. Email it to yoqueenbath@gmail.com along with an order number.

A member of our customer service team will contact you promptly, please allow 48-72 hours for a response.

If an order is cancelled prior to being processed, before it has been shipped, the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 25%. Cancellation fees incurred covers the production prior to the cancellation, as each bath and spa treat and custom cups are handmade upon receipt of the order.
