Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will happily change the shipping address for your order! Please email our Customer Service team at yoqueenbath@gmail.com with your order number and updated address asap since we are unable to change the address once in the packing. Please note that order changes will be limited during times of high order volume such as promotions and launches.
Can I change the billing address for my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry though it seems you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will receive your order.
Can I modify my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to modify bath and spa treat orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience! However, custom cups can be modified at a fee of $5 per design change.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If an order is cancelled prior to being processed you can cancel it but will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the order total. Cancellation fee occurred covers the production prior to the cancellation as each item is handmade upon receipt of order.
I received the wrong item(s).
We're so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team at yoqueenbath@gmail.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received, and a picture of the packing slip with the stamped initial visible. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will get back with you asap.
I received broken item(s) in my order.
Oh no! Your package must have had a very rough trip. Please email our Customer Care team at yoqueenbath@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the names of the broken items, and a photo of the damaged items. We will get back to you asap!
