When will my order ship? 
Our products are usually - keyword USUALLY- ship within 4-6 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have a promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
thank you for your purchase. However, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. 

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day as we are unable to ship on weekends or holidays. We truly appreciate and thank you for your patience and support.

My package says delivered, but I didn't get it. 
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked s delivered before the actually arrive - oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.

Unfulfilled Status on Orders.
No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address? 
Of Course! We do deliver to PO boxes.

How are shipping rates calculated? 
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate $9.99 USD. Domestic orders over $60 USD are eligible for free shipping!

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in YoQueen! order and/or shipping total. YoQueen! is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Do you offer express/overnight shipping? 
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer expedited shipping. Sorry!

My order shipped, when will it get to my house? 
All of our packages are sent via the US Postal Service, so the delivery times vary. For orders to residents within the USA, orders typically arrive 3-5 business days once they are shipped (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders outside the USA can take up to 10-21 business days.
